Event Description

This event is limited to the first 30 participants. Arrive early to ensure your spot!

Effective preparation is the most important and often the most overlooked part of the Negotiation process. It is the only aspect of a negotiation over which you have complete control. This program will demonstrate how well-prepared negotiators are able to control the process rather than have the process control them. By thinking through the entire negotiation before it begins and by gathering as much information as possible, participants will be able to anticipate potential pitfalls and maintain their focus throughout the entire negotiation.

Participants will:

* Learn a four-step process vital for effective preparation
* Experience immersive education by visiting Mount Everest, Santa's Village, and a professional baseball stadium
* Take a series of interactive assessments to validate and reinforce learning points
