Tried to vote but didn't see the link... If you get the grant, I would spend a bit more on a green screen from some place like www.eefx.com. Their screens are really good quality. Check them out.

Yes, Nova offers both - Ph.D. and Ed.D. Try http://www.scis.nova.edu/doctoral/dcte.html. I am doing the Ed.D now but can see that the Ph.D. offers some advantages.
