Presentation on Alternate Reality Games as Learning Environments at NECC 2009 Unplugged

I will be presenting a 1 hour session on Alternate Reality Games (ARG) at NECC Unplugged on Monday June 29th from 12:30 to 1:30. This session is interactive. Bring your laptop with Internet access or your Internet phone and play the game. This session uses an ARG to teach about the use of Alternate Reality Games as narrative based learning environments. These games can be used at many levels in virtually any topic. More information on the session will be released through the session blog at http://argnecc2009.wordpress.com/ and my twitter account (@bigenhoc) as we get closer to the conference. For a taste of what you might experience, check out http://www.dlp4success.com/nais2009/virtualgames/arg.htm
